The Zit Remedy Live This was the Zits first recording. They put it together while still at Degrassi. Its got the original version of "Everybody Wants Something", and that's all its got. Everybody Wants Something The Zits first cd was a five-song ep. It was recorded immediatly after Wheels was aquited of his first drunk driving charge. Its got of course an updated version of the title-track, also a neat cover of "Trash" by the New York Dolls. The Zit Remedy and Tessa The first full length album. Tessa, of course sings some of the songs Joey wrote for her. I like "He's So Gone Now", which is about some guy who takes acid, jumps off of a bridge and wakes up with extreme brain damage. Definately their darkest songs were recorded on this album. It still rocks though. ZR Right after this album was released the band breaks up at the peak of their fame. Much more sentimental than the first album, still very inspired though. Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now Joey recorded this Smiths song after he had some time to recover from the break-up of the Zit Remedy. This single also includes the lamenting "Dude, What Happened?", which is a subtle commentary on Wheel's drinking problem. |
