News Joey has recorded a version of Prince's "If I was your girlfriend". Apparently Prince really digs the soon to be released single and has always been a big fan of Joey's work with the Zit Remedy. At the moment the two stars are are working to try and rekindle their respective pop-culture fires. A mini tour is in the works that will involve the two artists performing each others songs. Prince is now in the studio and it is believed he is working with Zit Remedy material.
In other news on the Joey Front, Joey will be performing a special Joey Ramone tribute called "Joey on Joey". The performance will be an unplugged set of about 30 Ramones tunes. The gig takes place at CBGBs in New York. |
